Our trip was excellent. Everything went as planned from picking us up at the hotel to touring everything on the road to Hana. Breakfast and lunch was great. Our guide Justin was awesome. He always had something interesting to say about Hawaii and Road to Hana the whole car ride. Great music on the road as well! Great experience and highly recommend this tour company!

We enjoyed our guide and her stories and facts about the people, history and island. We liked the black sand beach, waterfalls and the sea turtles the best. We enjoyed the small group experience on a van. However, we had a flat tire. Those things happen. What was not acceptable is the fact the van was not equipped with the appropriate equipment. They had a wrong size jack and I don't believe our guide had the requisite knowledge to change it.. There was no cell phone coverage, we were 2.5 hours out, and stranded for two hours. A kind stranger helped us with a different jack. Thank goodness we were at a scheduled photo opp and not stranded on side of road. The guide felt bad and we continued on with the tour, getting back 12.5 hours later after pick up. Food was very limited for the two meals for 12 hours. The company obviously is not prepared for emergencies. The guide did the best she could given the circumstances. No apology or other remedy offered by company.
