It was amazing!! We are at the tail end of the whale season so I cannot imaging what it would be like earlier. We saw whales at multiple spots and on our way back to the harbor came across a group of whales. The Captain cut off the engines and we just sat as the surfaced and then one of them swam up and right next to the boat! Simply amazing. The crew were great and the lunch and snacks, although just chips and salsa and sliders were perfect and easy to eat in the wind. Plenty of drinks too.

Day trip was wonderful with blue skies, calm waters, and plenty of whale activity. The crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed just as excited in seeing the whales as we were. The food was good and filling. Upfront the captain gave us what to expect and took us to some very awesome sights. They spent time hovering around a mother and her calf. We got to hear whale song. The boat wasn’t overcrowded and everyone on board got opportunities to watch the whales do their things without having to fight for good positions. I was able to get in some good photos. All in all, a great time and would do this again with this company if ever we come back!

We had an amazing time, thanks to the expertise and dedication of the crew, and we were super lucky to see a ton of whales. The first thing we were greeted with, once the boat arrived “on site,” was a huge breech. We couldn’t believe how massive the whale was. Then, we saw several calves with their moms, a dorsal slap from far away, and several tails. Although the boat has stay 100 yards away, they seemed super close at times. At one point, we were surrounded by whales on all sides of the boat, so we couldn’t maneuver (due to law) and we just sat there and enjoyed their presence. What an amazing time. If you have a DSLR or nice camera and are always ready, you’ll be able to grab some good shots. Probably won’t get many great shots with a phone’s camera, but who knows—you might! A decent lunch was provided, plus 3 alcoholic drinks, and tons of information. We had a fantastic and very smart crew. If you might get seasick, take motion sickness pills before you go (do it just in case).
