Learning about how the crops are grown & harvested to make excellent tasting chocolate. Seeing what the company did with unused land & turning it into a successful fertile area that produces quality plants. Getting an opportunity to taste the different flavors of chocolate & making suggestions for future flavors.

Sean was a wonderful guide. I loved being out in the trees & seeing them up close. I enjoyed learning about the process from planting the trees though to the finished product. The tasting location in the trees was high enough to have gorgeous views of the mountains & the ocean. A wonderful experience!

The guide was very knowledgeable about cacao. I am very impressed with the fact that they use this man, named Dan, who not only wants to develop the cacao in Hawaii but also throughout the world. Also how they are enriching the soil in Maui that was depleted in nutrients from the growing of sugarcane.
