Great tour. Communication was lacking regarding pickup. Received conflicting information about pickup time (first it was anywhere between 6am and 7am, then it changed to between 7am and 8 am). Was told we would be contacted in advance regarding pick up meeting spot, which didn’t happen resulting in the guide having to come find us which he was frustrated about. Guide was knowledgeable, but seemed to get frustrated easily with questions

There was three in our party for this experience. On the 2nd day, one person in our party tore her ACL and was on crutches or in WC. They told us that she could not participate in this activity. The other two of us went, loved it. Problem was they would not refund our third persons money even though they said they sold her seat. The van was full. It was traumatic enough she got hurt during a once in a lifetime trip, be told she can’t participate in this activity and NOT GET A REFUND even after they filled her seat.

Trip was too long! Could have shortened it some by not stopping at two trinket places that was a waste of time and needed to tell riders a shorter time to get back in bus. Most times, driver did not give a time and one family was very slow to returning! Driver was nice, trip ok, but more time to enjoy nature and less on other stuff. Van needs new brakes. Grinding a lot!
