From the beginning the bus driver said that we could only stop where it was safe. As it turned out we hardly stopped at all except for places that there were to buy over priced items. Like 70% chocolate for $10 an OUNCE. The driver was super safe and I never felt unsafe. But I wanted to take pictures of scenery versus stop and buy things. I was disappointed we could not stop at more Waterfalls along the way. We stopped at black sand beach and at the rainbow eucalyptus trees - so at Least that was something. I was worried about driving it ourselves the first time so it is what it is. Again driver was excellent and I have no exceptions there. Just sad that tour buses can’t Stop in a lot of places.

Great tour. Communication was lacking regarding pickup. Received conflicting information about pickup time (first it was anywhere between 6am and 7am, then it changed to between 7am and 8 am). Was told we would be contacted in advance regarding pick up meeting spot, which didn’t happen resulting in the guide having to come find us which he was frustrated about. Guide was knowledgeable, but seemed to get frustrated easily with questions

There was three in our party for this experience. On the 2nd day, one person in our party tore her ACL and was on crutches or in WC. They told us that she could not participate in this activity. The other two of us went, loved it. Problem was they would not refund our third persons money even though they said they sold her seat. The van was full. It was traumatic enough she got hurt during a once in a lifetime trip, be told she can’t participate in this activity and NOT GET A REFUND even after they filled her seat.
