From Matera: Crypt of Original Sin Tour with Local Tasting

While we received everything we expected, the crypt tour, wine tasting, transportation, the experience was definitely not as advertised. We reserved an afternoon tour but rescheduled to 10am at your request. We assumed the wine tasting would be following the crypt tour instead we were tasting wine much too early in the morning and rushed through the tasting very quickly. Wine tasting was to include a chopping board. We got only two pieces of cheese and bruschetta. We expected an air conditioned mini-van for our transport but instead the 3 of us were driven in what appeared to be a private car. Everyone was very nice and the crypt tour was very informative but there was a significant disconnect between Get Your Guide and the crypt/winery people in terms of what you advertised and what we received. Disappointing!

We were only informed late afternoon before tour that the time next morning i earlier, I didn't see the message and we got very unwelcome reception from the driver of our tour. He let us rush the wine tasting, we didn't have time to finish. It was as if he was in a big hurry to go somewhere else. The tour was advertised as 3-4 hours look 2 hours. NOT GREAT VALUE FOR MY MONEY
