I was only there for a half day but reasonable enough to do both houses but not New Place along with the open top bus tour. Anne's house is beautiful and reasonably easy walk from Shakespeare's house which was fascinating. Guides on the whole in both houses brilliant at offering info some needed a prompt to get going. The reenactment of scenes from Shakespeare's plays was wonderful to see in this location! It would have been useful to know what time the first one was due to start rather than at every 20 mins because I missed the beginning.

The trees need to be cut back on route as we had to keep ducking out of the way.
