It was a smallish sailboat. We set for sail to the Calanques, but could not go into the park area because of the water conditions. We turned around and went to an inlet instead, where we ate lunch, swam, listened to music, and enjoyed. We experienced a heavy rainfall during the trip, which the captain was very transparent saying that had he known about the rainfall, he would have cancelled the trip and he negotiated with the company to give people who were unhappy a refund. We didn't take the refund because the captain and his crew worked so hard all day to keep us happy and entertained, and they deserve to get paid!
I recently went on the tour. I would like to add that we did not see the Calanques at all. I am assuming this was due to weather and sea conditions. There is another tour located in Old Port for about 36 euros per person and it did not sail on the entire week due to the same issue. But it is a really nice high end experience and definitely a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon. The food is great. Bring your own wine though!
A very pleasant experience and one I would recommend without hesitation. The skipper was excellent and gave us a good understanding of the sights. I thought it was the perfect duration at just two hours.
Henrique was so nice and gave us a lovely tour of the islands. Was definitely worth the price, meeting point was actually correct and would recommend!
Very nice captain, beautiful sights :) Highly recommended!
