What People Are Saying About Marsa Alam
we wouldn't want to miss this experience
The driver was on point and very nice. He noticed that I had a little cold and even brought me some tissues. He didn't speak english but that was no problem at all. Our tourguide was a nice old man who knew a lot about the ancient egypt and the tour was great. He brought me medicin against the coughing, which was a very nice thing to do. Breathtaking places! we are really glad that we spontanously booked this trip. Everything works very well. All thumbs up and a big thank you :)

Finally got what I hoped to see, the delphins!
Early pick-up at the hotel, about 7 AM. Arrived about 9 AM at departure point of the boat near Marsa Alam. Clear instructions/information from Emperor Divers. When we arrived no delphins at Sha'ab Samadai. We made two times a snorkeling tour around the reefs. Beautifull reefs, but few fish.. Just got back on board from the second snorkeling tour when the delphins arrived at the reef.

Great team, crew and instructors very helpful, recommended to all
Tracy and Ali, our instructors for our Discover Scuba Dive, were very patient and approachable. The boat, The Emperor Divers 'Rachel' was clean and in good condition and the crew very helpful. Lunch was well presented and freshly prepared on the boat. Whilst all equipment is provided, my youngest daughter got rather flustered by the fit of her mask and fins.... An unnecessary distraction as we had our own back at the hotel which she was familiar and confident with, having used them all week snorkeling the house reef. Hind sight would have seen me bringing them along! Time to snorkel after the second optional dive was an added bonus (and during it for those not doing the second optional dive) The chosen site was tiered and has an excellent shallow reef area which was also used by snorkeling trip boats.
