Withdrawal on time to the established place

November 1, 2019

The transport was 50min late, what made me a bit angry because they didn‘t even contacted us about any delay. The small bus was with air conditioning, but the seats were so small, that i could barely fit. I ordered the guide in english, but they only spoke italian the whole day, because all of the group were italians exept of us and one other couple. We drove 2h 40min in one direction without telling us where exactly and how long we are going. We got on the boat and that was the first time when they told us how our tour looks like in general. When we stopped for the first snorkeling place they again didn’t told us what is happening and what we should do. Then the boat nearly hit us when we were in the water and entering the boat again was a complete chaos, everybody was on one place and everybody hit each other. All in all the trip felt very unorganised and not well prepared and it was really disrespectful to not talk englisch to us and just leave us on the side. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
