I could not be happier with this tour! It was amazing! You meet with Kawtar (whose English is great. I’m an American and as a native English speaker, it was super easy to communicate with her!) and go to the souks to shop. You do not need to carry cash for this as she will pay for the groceries from the souks with the fee you previously paid. From there you will go to the home of her aunt, Chef Khmisa. You will enjoy some mint tea, and then get cooking! This is actually super easy (even for mediocre cooks like me) but I think it is engaging even for talented chefs! You will work as a team with the small group you are a part of. The dishes were AMAZING and frankly better than any of the other restaurants we went to in Marrakech. Finally, you eat! The conversation was great, Khimsa and Kawtar are amazing hosts, and you get the recipes of the food you made after!! I will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Marrakech! A true 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Considering this cooking class and not sure? Do it. Firstly you meet incredibly friendly hosts/chefs and most probably also like minded people joining the class. Then you get to eat the best food in Marrakech and it is not only because you help to prepare it ;)

Thoroughly Recommend. Lovely hosts and tutors. We met bye the most Nd went to shop for ingredients. Back to the rid to learn how to use the spices to make 4 starters, 2 main courses and a desert. Relaxed and all hands on. I grey way to spend round 4 hours.

It was amazing.. I had so much pleasure preparing the food and of course eating it was the highlight of it. Very tasty.
