Full description

Enjoy the flavors of Morocco during this cooking class with a local chef. Get picked up from your hotel and dropped off at the restaurant Chouf l'Or. Be welcomed with a traditional mint tea and discuss menu choices such as a starter selection, Tajine, and Orange de Cannelle.

Then prepare to cook with a chef who has 25 years of experience, specializing in Moroccan food. Put together a starter, main course, and dessert while learning about the food and conversing with other participants.

Once the food is ready, indulge in your hard work and be awarded with a certificate before returning to your hotel.

Really enjoyed this activity. Very clear instructions from a multi-lingual chef in a professional kitchen. Learnt a lot and enjoyed it a lot! You do have to accept the hours given are not exact, but worth the additional time and great value for money.
