Such an amazing trip driver Yoseph was great spoke good English and the hot air balloon pilot yanis was amazing and took photos for everyone. Great English again and would highly recommend this trip.

It was a great activity. We actually missed the pick up from our hotel but when we called the number - Walid was extremely helpful and said he would send a private car instead for an additional 100 euros. The fact he arranged it at right away at 6am and the convenience and comfort for the next 5 hours we felt it was worth the extra money. Our driver was a young lady who was very nice and sweet. The hot air balloon by Marrakech by Air was amazing thanks to our pilot Lina. She took it to a new height - with her personality, the music and humor. We loved it. Great experience Camel ride was great too - with Ayoub.
