Know before you go

  • For departures, pickup is generally 3 hours before your flight departure time
  • If you are staying at a riad, the driver will drive as close as possible to the property but in the Medina, many riads are inaccessible and may require a 5-10 minute walk with your luggage
  • Should you be traveling with a wheelchair or any large items like surf boards or large bags, please contact the local partner by email after having booked
  • You must bring your own mask and wear it throughout the transfer

We booked a private transfer from Marrakesh airport (RAK) to our hotel, and the experience was excellent. The driver was friendly, punctual, and kept great communication with us via WhatsApp. Despite RAK's long passport control and currency exchange lines (nearly two hours for us), he patiently waited and even mentioned that this was quick for RAK—he often has to wait longer! The car was comfortable with cool air conditioning, making the ride relaxing after a long flight. We felt safe the entire time, and everything went smoothly. While it’s not the cheapest option, it’s worth it for the stress-free, reliable service. Highly recommend for anyone wanting peace of mind with a pre-booked transfer!
