The driver ensured we found our Riad which was down a laneway too narrow for a car. He followed us walking the last bit & he direccted us the right way ensuring we got to the door. I suggest telling customer WHERE they'll be met at airport. We weren't sure if driver would be inside at Arrivals or outside the door. We waited around inside for 15 minutes & then searched to find him outside. Very happy with service after that. Thank you

Know before you go

  • If your hotel is not in Marrakech city center please contact us to let you know how much extra you should add.
  • For departures, pickup is generally 3 hours before your flight departure time
  • If you are staying at a riad, the driver will drive as close as possible to the property but in the Medina, many riads are inaccessible and may require a 5-10 minute walk with your luggage
  • Should you be traveling with a wheelchair or any large items like surf boards or large bags, please contact the local partner by email after having booked
