Come and discover the essence of the traditional Moroccan Hammam in a 16th-century architecture.
Hammam Mouassine was built in the Saadian period under the orders of Sultan Abdellah al Ghâlib between 1562 and 1563. Hammam Mouassine is known for its beautiful architectural composition, which is an outstanding example of Islamic architecture from this period.

Entrusted to real professionals, you'll experience the joy of relaxation through manual therapies and the benefits of black soap scrubbing.
A complete purifying and cleansing treatment consisting of a hammam scrub with black soap and herbs, and an application of Ghassoul (Ghassoul is for women).

Our Beldi Formula (35min and 45min) includes:

I was a little nervous going in, but this was exactly the kind of authentic hammam experience I was looking for in Marrakech - definitely not the polished, touristy spa version. Expect to strip down and be thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned (this reaches places the more commercial hammams don’t!) The women were very friendly and welcoming, and even with my broken French we managed to communicate just fine. It’s women-only (the men’s hammam is next door), and while it may feel a little intense at first, I felt amazing afterward - skin soft, body relaxed and totally refreshed. Just a heads-up: it’s not a spa. It’s traditional, local and a little outside the comfort zone if you’re not used to it - but 100% worth it if you want the real deal.
