This experience was amazing! Hussain our guide was helpful and knowledgable! This was an amazing experience that I did with my mum and I’m so happy I did. It was physically tiring but felt manageable. As some advice; if you are going in winter months make sure you bring warm clothes.
First thing first, summiting Mount Toubkal was an extraordinary experience for me. Secondly, transportation, stays, and food were good. Finally, and the best part of the expedition, was my guide, Mohammad. He was so friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m grateful for him. Thanks a lot, brother. On the contrary, there’s a little change in the plan. I booked for a 3-day summit experience, but I completed the trip by 2 days. The management said that for snow/weather conditions, they would make the change, which I don’t think is justifiable as I was not notified earlier. I got to know about it when I was halfway to the base camp. Though they proposed that I stay one day later in Imlil, I find it unreasonable. But the management also mitigated the problem in a friendly way by offering me a private taxi from Imlil to Marrakesh. So, I have no complaints. So, I would recommend booking their 2-day package. Or email/call them early and make sure whether it will be a 3-day trip or 2.
