Next, step into the Saadian Tombs, final resting place of Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur’s dynasty. These tombs, rediscovered in 1917, feature beautiful Hispano-Moorish details and house around 60 members of the Saadian dynasty.

Continue your journey to El Bahia Palace, also known as "The Palace of the Beautiful." This Alaoui-style palace boasts 160 rooms with intricate stucco, zellij tilework, marble floors, and vibrant painted ceilings.

If time allows, explore the historic Jewish Mellah, once home to non-Muslim communities, including a thriving Jewish population. Many synagogues remain, preserving this unique part of Moroccan history. Finish with a stroll through the lively atmosphere of Djemaa El Fna Square.

Abdu Greeted us All (11) so warmly and friendly; he initially told us about the history of Arabic and Marrakech and the population- languages. Our tour was 3 hours but it was just under 4 hours by the time we said Goodbye. He was a wealth of knowledge and fun amazing facts with a humorous side added- of the history of each location- small details about it’s architecture and who was involved and their specific skills in achieving the stunning and Beautiful structures and internal building decoration; the history of who lived and their relationships- also about who was buried and aspects involved. His scope of history he shared and explained so clearly about Morocco but Marrakech in - its language, - schooling, - battles/wars and how names or flags changed from the changing Governing rulers. So many quirky bonus stories ( factual) but extras.He Always ensured we could hear him and an opportunity to ask at any time Questions! He remained captivating throughout and enthusiastic.Excellent🤩
