Our hike was shortened to 2 days due to weather conditions, but our amazing guide, Houssain, handled the change seamlessly and ensured everything went smoothly. Houssain expertly prepped us for the hike, giving us all the necessary information and advice on what to expect. Throughout the trek, he was incredibly supportive. Not only did he expertly navigate us through the hike, but he also took the time to teach us about the rich history of the region and the Berber people of North Africa. Our Muleteer, Mohammed, was equally fantastic. He provided us with delicious meals throughout the hike! As for the hike itself, it was undeniably challenging. The ascent was tough, but the views were absolutely stunning. Our advice to anyone considering this hike is to pack the proper gear. Good winter clothes are a must! Overall, we would highly recommend this hike, especially with Houssain as your guide. His professionalism and care made a tough, rewarding journey even more memorable.
This experience was amazing! Hussain our guide was helpful and knowledgable! This was an amazing experience that I did with my mum and I’m so happy I did. It was physically tiring but felt manageable. As some advice; if you are going in winter months make sure you bring warm clothes.
