It was great. The tour guide was really nice and explained everything perfectly without making it boring. He wasn’t over talkative which contributes to enjoying the ride. The roads are a bit rough, but it’s not their fault. Lots of time to enjoy the city as well as the women’s cooperative. Great choice in music during the ride.

Highly recommend day trip to Essaouira. Really beautiful place with so much to see and do. Our driver Rabie was excellent, good communication re pick up and drop off (we were awkward and had a hotel outside of pick up zone but that was all managed easily), we had a toilet / coffee stop each way en route and each place was very well chosen, clean, nice snack food options. There was a quick stop at a women's argan oil cooperative which we actually enjoyed. 8t was interesting and there was a shop to buy products but no pressure was placed on us if we didn't want. Then a very quick stop at a viewpoint over Essaouira. If you have a free day in your schedule, I would say go to Essaouira.

Mohammad was super friendly and informative. Handled the guests well, called via WhatsApp and made an effort to find us close to our Riad. Gave some information about Morocco history and Essouira, but not too much and didn’t talk the whole journey which was nice. Spoke all languages very well for the tour too. Stopped at an argan cooperative to show the process and tasting too, which was was a nice stop off on the way. Had 4.5 hours of free time in Essouira, which for us was enough to walk around the medina, have lunch and chill a bit before the journey back. Bus had Wi-Fi and AC so great overall.
