Marrakech: Guided Day Trip to Essaouira with Co-Op Visit

The day trip was good, extremely affordable, and as expected. We stopped at a café for bathroom/food on the way, and also at an argan oil collective, where local women show how the oil is made. The stop was very interesting and well done, while also being quick and efficient (10-15 minutes). This is not a guided trip. Once we got to Essaouira we had 4 hours to walk around and do what we wanted. The van got hot on the way back, so that's my only complaint. But for what we paid it was well worth it and we got exactly what we wanted.

We absolutely loved this tour! The driver was very kind, and our guide Karim was amazing. He shared so much about his culture, gave us the best advice, answered all our questions, and brought such a positive and friendly energy to the day. The stops along the way were fantastic—we got to see the famous argan trees, take beautiful photos, and visit a women’s argan oil cooperative. The time spent in Essaouira was perfectly balanced—not too short, not too long. Overall, an incredible tour and totally worth the price. Highly recommended!
