Discover Morocco from the perspective of a hot air balloon. Embark on this thrilling ride above the Palm Grove of Marrakech and its surrounding landscape to see a bird's eye view of the area. Round off your experience with a cup of fresh mint tea and visit to a local Berber house.

Just one hour away from the legendary Jemaa El Fna Square, fly in a hot-air balloon over the beautiful countryside, seeing the amazing contrast between Morocco’s urban and rural areas. After an early morning pickup from your hotel in Marrakech, sit back and relax on the 45-minute drive out of the city to the balloon launch site. Here, receive a full pre-flight safety briefing and have a chance to watch the launch team prepare the balloon for departure. Once in the air, cover a distance between 9 and 15 miles (15 to 25 kilometers), depending on the wind speed, taking you over a local village and the picturesque surrounding areas. The flight will last one hour, and after a gradual descent back to land, head to a local village for mint tea and home-baked bread in a local Berber household. Following tea and bread, head back to Marrakech.

This was the most amazing start to our holiday, it’s a must! The driver was on time and so polite. When we arrived we were welcomed by all staff and the tent was beautiful. They were keen to take photos for us throughout and we bought the video which is available that I would definitely recommend. It is the most peaceful activity with breath taking views and worth every single penny! Thank you to all of you for a once in a life time excursion.

Our tour was a few hours after the earthquake in Morocco and we almost didn’t go out of fear. We went and our driver Abdalla was so sweet and funny. He made us feel calm. The balloon itself was nice and calming and the pilot very good. Landing was smooth. The welcome tea and food at the end was great as well. Overall excellent experience with no complaints.

This was a spectacular activity and so worth the money! The pilot and staff were very welcoming and caring which made us comfortable. I have a fear of heights and even avoid rollercoasters but this was the most pleasant experience and all my initial fears vanished. If you are in Marrakech at all, make this an experience even though it’s on the pricier side!
