Marrakech Palmeraie: Camel Ride & Quad Bike Experience

L’activité est top ! Rien à redire par contre l’organisation est très mauvaise !!! L’activité était de 14h à 18h.. sauf qu’ont est monté sur les quad à 17h30 à peut près.. heureusement que le cadre est très jolie pour nous faire attendre avec le thé. On a quand même pu faire les chameaux. Et après sans suit une attente interminable de presque 1h pour que le mini bus viennent nous chercher qui est finalement venu vers 21h30 !! C’est un scandale !! On avait prévu notre soirée et au final tout est tombé à l’eau ! C’est pas possible de payer quelque choses d’organiser et voir aucune organisation ! En plus la nuit était tombé et tout le groupe, en short tee-shirts avaient très froid ! Sur la présentation tout est beau mais le fait d’avoir gâché la soirée et le fait d’attendre à chaque fois ne m’a pas plu du tout ! Merci tout de même à mes chauffeur super gentil qui m’envoyait des messages pour me dire que le bus arrivé bientôt et aux personnes jovial et agréable qui s’occupe des chameaux.

Great experience- driver and guide were super friendly and energetic. Felt extremely safe and looked after during the quad biking. One member of our group who was uncomfortable biking was able to sit in the buggy- which was very accommodating. Camel ride was quite long but a fun experience - again the people were super friendly and let us chill with the camels while we waited for the driver. I would say that there was a lot of traffic which made the experience longer than expected- so do be weary that the timings may not be exact and don’t plan lots of stuff to do after. (We booked for 2pm with 4 hours- but the transportation was organised at 2.30, came at 2.45 ish with traffic- and due to delays we only came back at circa 8/9pm)

The get your guide pick up location was too far for me so they kindly collected us from the hotel in Gueliz they were punctual and it was nice to have a mini tour around Marrakech. The camel ride was too long they could reduce to half an hour and it would still be great. The guides did not expect or ask for a tip they were happy to provide the service which including some filming.
