A trip to the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and keepers’ cottages will reveal the fascinating maritime history of the Cape region. Easier than most lighthouses to climb, this lighthouse tower is accessible even for small children, and is one of the most popular attractions in the Margaret River Region.

30-minute guided tours provide a fascinating insight into the functions of the working lighthouse, the history of the local area, and even several ghost stories that are sure to have you spooked.

From the top balcony, visitors are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, Cape Naturaliste, Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, and the beautiful Geographe Bay coastline.

The new observation platform at the base of the lighthouse tower also provides sweeping views of the ocean and Geographe Bay and is an ideal location for snapping some scenic photos.
