Downloading an app for a single bus journey just to be able to load the tickets on to it was excessive. The bar code should be on the email to use and any extra info could then be found on the optional downloadable app. Make it more clear on the app which company the bus is so there’s no confusion. The bus itself was nice and airconditioned and comfy seats and arrived on time. If it had a charging port that would be even better.

Smooth trip wasn’t asked for my ticket. It’s a bit strange booking on get your guide because it gives you one code I wasn’t sure if it would be good for the return. I bought a return ticket and it said to put in the return date and naturally I did. I made to the airport despite my worries about the bus atvo

Almost hassle free transport. Used the tickets to travel from Marco polo airport to Mestre train station and back. Journey there was very straight forward. As soon as we arrived at the airport, the bus stop was pretty much right outside the airport main entrance to the right. The driver will ask you to scan you QR code and you can then jump straight on the bus. Only slight issue we had was on the way back. The App pickup location is wrong. The directions on the map shows the bus will pick you up from right outside the train station (which we thought was strange as we were dropped off around 200metres to the right of train station) Regardless to this we waited outside the station and missed the first bus. We then went to the same location we were dropped off and the buses were all there. Keep this in mind. Other than that the passes were very easy and convenient.
