This transfer was great once we found the driver. There was no communication beforehand, which was tricky. I would highly recommend the company send the client a WhatsApp message so you can directly communicate (I have done this in other countries with this app). We looked and looked but could not find the driver and had no way to contact the company. We had a hard time finding the guide. We found another employee who said they couldn’t find our booking. We eventually found him and the drive and driver were wonderful, but the stress of trying to find the driver made this a four star experience.

Excellent service. Super nice car and very friendly driver. Safety was top with seatbelts in the Van. We were about 30 min late in the airport, but that was not a problem. We will order our return to the airport with this company/app. We highly recoment. 5/5 from here.
