There was some confusion about when we would get to Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf, as we had prepaid tickets for each. It turned out that the price of the tickets were included in the tour price so we did not need them after all. We weren't able to get a refund for the train tickets but as the tour drove us up to Christ the Redeemer instead we're ok with that. Monica, the tour guide, was very informative and pleasant. She went out of her way to take photos with us holding-hands with the Christ statue which was awesome. Thank you C2Rio and Monica!
Bus arrived on time. Our guide Bruno was very clear and informative throughout the tour, taking photos for people / groups etc. We were given just about the right time to explore each of the sights given how much was packed into the day. Lunch was at a Rodizio and was excellent, well above what I expected. Minivan was very clean and videos were played about the next venue as we drove there, as well as Bruno pointing out landmarks as we passed by them. An excellent tour and good value for money.
This tour was awesome! It shows the essential highlights of what to see in Rio. From the must see Christ the Redeemer statue, to the iconic Selaron Steps, to the sweet views of the Sugarloaf mountain, etc. you wont be disappointed. Plus the lunch buffet will fill you up with many varieties of local & Western foods to enjoy. Also our guide Manuela is very informative, fun & she provided really good customer service.
A very well-run day and a great introduction to Rio. We managed to see everything we wanted, despite having to adapt the schedule due to cloudy weather in the morning. The guide Renato was very friendly and interesting, with perfect English and Portuguese. The lunch was fantastic at an authentic steakhouse next to Copacabana!
Excellent service. Delicious lunch included. Aside from that, the guide Bruno made sure all tourists are comfortable. I attended a tour last March 4th. In the tour group, there was a lady that has a problem in mobility. Bruno assisted the lady to make her comfortable. The tour guide has a heart to all their clients!
