Spot native bird species including the kotuku or white heron along the way. Cross the spectacular Waimea Swing Bridge before heading on to Rabbit Island. On the way, you may stop at the oldest and largest winery in Nelson at the Seifried Estate. Once in Rabbit Island, explore the white sandy beaches and take a dip in the warm sea waters. Next, journey across the channel on the iconic Mapua Ferry. Land at Mapua Wharf and enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of galleries, studios, restaurants, cafes, shops and the Golden Bear Boutique Brewery. Great way to see the local area. Just keep an eye on the time if you are stopping at local eateries, vineyards and shops along the way. Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly staff that provided amazing service. Highly recommend this activity.

Route signage and supplied map were excellent, although some tracks were more rugged than suggested - plus it included walking the bikes over a busy road and sharing some narrow, dusty roads with large, fast-moving commercial vehicles.

Great Staff, I would highly recommend E-bikes. We had two regular and two e-bikes, and it slowed our family down. Still BIG fun, Thanks

Such a fun day out. Great bikes that covered all terrain and the route was absolutely amazing. 10/10 day out
