The mangrove forest is one of the most vital and astounding ecosystems in the world. Damas Island, located just 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio is currently one of the most important remaining mangroves in Costa Rica. Covering thousands of acres of protected forest, this amazing biodiversity is home to a large number of birds, reptiles, mammals, and insects. Our experienced guides will take you on an unforgettable boat tour through the channels of the mangrove forest, far away from civilization. You can discover an abundance of species native to the area such as white-faced monkeys, anteaters, boas, iguanas, birds and thousands of colorful crabs. Our boats have the capacity to hold 12 passengers and are fully equipped for your comfort and security.

The tour was incredibly beautiful and shows you a completely different side of Costa Rica! After many hikes, it was great to see this beautiful nature and wildlife from the water side. Our guide Daniel has a huge knowledge, the captain Jan has an incredible eye for spotting even the smallest animals and our driver Eugenio ensured a smooth transfer. Everyone was incredibly nice and made it possible for us to have a great experience, thank you very much! The meal afterwards was very tasty. We can highly recommend the boat tour!

De eerste organisatie in Costa Rica die belt als ze iets later (slechts 15min) zijn dan vermeld! ❤️ Vol lof over onze gids & kapitein. Samen spotten ze zo ontzettend veel dieren die wij in eerste instantie niet zagen. Slangen, leguanen, jesus Christ lizard rennend over het water, vleermuizen, vogels & apen. En de kapitein vaarde zeer soepel. De lunch was oké.
