Our Tour Guide was Great during the drive to and from Brooklyn! He gave some very interesting facts about New York! When we got to Brooklyn to see the lights, he went way too fast - We (and others) stopped to take pictures and were immediately disconnected from the group - He warned us this would happen but dang, I thought he would offer a better grace period Thankfully he wore a big glove with lights on it so we could find him! This happened several times and we always felt like we were holding him up!!! It was verrrry cold so i’m not sure if that was part of the rush but i wanted to get what I paid for! We were clearly on “his” schedule! I feel like we missed some things but overall it was a good tour! The bus driver was amazing- She drove with such care and poise!

El viaje estuvo bastante bien, se disfrutó el recorrido, se ven muchas casas y el viaje en bus estuvo bien. Hay un baño para orinar en el bus. El guía siempre estuvo atento y fácil de seguir, la última parada por el puente de brooklin fue corta y extraña, ya que se dio poco tiempo, y subirse al bus fue caótico al inicio. Por el resto bien

Our guide Rafa was very good--personable & a appropriate sense of humor. He seemed very knowledgeable with current info to answer questions from the tour guests. He went out of his way to accommodate a group of 9 that was tardy most of the time meeting the group. Rafa hustled to find them &/or get them to the rest of the group. He handled one of the most annoying tour group situations well.
