Initially was very easy to book and we received an email prior to the visit giving exact details about the tour including the meeting point. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our tour guides (Ian F and Alan) were amazing. They were professional, fun, engaging and informative. Without them there was no tour! The website gives a detailed description of the tour but there are no words to describe the actual experience - and this is coming from someone who does not have an interest in football!!! It gave me more respect for the commitment and love that those connected to Manchester City have.

Brilliant and friendly welcome. Managed to get there earlier than expected and they kindly let us join an earlier tour. Although very informative, the guide was hard to understand and rushed the tour a bit. It didn't last an hour and a half as advertised but barely over an hour. However, my grandson enjoyed the tour and especially seeing the Press room, Dressing rooms and pitch side. Probably not go again as had better tours at other stadiums.

Lots of up sides - my son is a big Man City fan and came for a competition next door. The timing was well paced and we were able to see most of the stadium. Really liked the virtual interaction with Guardiola. The guides were quite knowledgeable about the stadium and it’s history. One downside - the tour was done after concert the night before so there were lots of equipment been moved around. We also couldn’t see the actual green of the pitch as it was covered up. On another day, it would have been an excellent rating. My boys didn’t mind though.
