Spend 2, 3, or 4 days in the Amazon, and discover the lush rain forests containing nearly 40,000 plant species and an incomparable variety of animals and birds. Choose between private cabins with fans or air conditioning to enjoy the most of this Amazonian adventure. Visit Jungle Lodge Anaconda Island Inn on the banks of the Rio Negro. Use the guest lounge, swimming pool, and restaurant, with rooms with mosquito screens and natural water showers. Enjoy daily breakfast buffet features seasonal fruits and juices, bread, milk, and coffee. Lunch and dinner feature grilled meat or chicken, regional fish, salads, pasta, rice, juices, and soft drinks. Day 1: Start with pickup from the lobby of your hotel and travel from Manaus by speed boat to Cacau Pirera. Travel by car to the village of Paricatuba. From this village, travel by motorized canoe to the Lodge. After lunch, with the bilingual guide, take a canoe trip through small creeks and go fishing for piranhas. A nocturnal expedition will allow you to see alligators and other wildlife that are hidden during the daytime.   Day 2: Enjoy breakfast, followed by an educational jungle walk. During the walk, the guide will teach you about medicinal plants and the trees of the Amazon rainforest. The high altitude means different plant life, bigger trees, and denser forest. After this, return to the lodge for lunch and free time for swimming in the tea-colored waters of the Rio Negro. If a 3 or 4-day option booked, take a paddling canoe trip through small channels (Igarapés) or flooded lands (Igapós), depending on the season. Day 3 (optional): Take an early sunrise tour, breakfast, and then visit the home of local natives. These "Caboclos" maintain a traditional lifestyle and they are proud people who are happy to share their way of living. Here the guide will also explain about local farming techniques. If 4-day option is booked, have lunch, and depart for overnight camping in the jungle with a local guide. The experienced jungle guide will show you all you need to know about extracting everything that is needed from the rainforest without destroying it. There will also be an opportunity to see some wildlife and you will be able to listen to the chorus of birds, howler monkeys, and other animals at night. Day 4 (optional): Have breakfast in the jungle, and then travel back to the lodge. After lunch, you will have free time to swim in the tea-colored waters of the Rio Negro. Prepare to travel back to Manaus, arriving in the late afternoon.

Start your day with pickup from your hotel at approximately 8:00 AM. Drive west from Manaus for about one hour until you reach the Castanho lake where your host will be waiting for you. Take a motorized canoe heading towards the jungle to begin a 2-hour trek. Learn more about Amazonian fauna and flora, medicinal plants, and jungle survival techniques. (you must wear long pants, closed toed shoes, use insect repellent and bring a raincoat)  From this walk, visit a project for the protection of pink river dolphins. Learn about these beautiful and friendly creatures, and the conservation efforts underway to protect them. Take the unique opportunity to enter the water to interact with them. (bring your swim suits and your towels) Visit the host’s home and enjoy a delicious lunch with his family. Learn more about the local people’s culture and Amazonian history in general. Next, enjoy a boat ride through the flooded forest to go piranha fishing and catch these famous ferocious water beasts. (The lunch is simple, we don't have fancy menu. bing sunscreen and a hat for the ride) As night falls embark on a search for alligators and other reclusive nocturnal wildlife species. Return to the road and head back to Manaus, arriving at your hotel at approximately 8:00 PM. (you can bring a flashlight if you want)

Continue for an hour and a half by car to cachoeira do castanho. From there get in another speedboat you'll continue your journey by speedboat with a stop where you will interaction with River dolphins and visit the indigenous Village You will have a chance to learn more about their way of life in the Amazon for 1 hour a one-hour ride to reach the lodge. Relax with refreshments while your hosts prepare your accommodations. Enjoy lunch and some free time before heading out by motorized canoe for piranha fishing and birdwatching. Marvel at the sunset from the middle of the river before returning to the lodge for dinner. After dinner, depart by motorized canoe to search for Cayman and learn more about this most-feared reptile of the Amazonian. Day 2: Enjoy breakfast at 7:00 A.M. before setting off on a morning jungle trek. As you hike, learn about the flora, fauna, and medicinal plants found only in the Amazon from your guide. Return to the lodge around noon for lunch. Then, at 2:30 pm, you’ll set off to explore the archipelago of Anavilhanas by boat. From February to August, this trip is made by walking in the jungle, as it is the dry season. On the way back, you’ll have the chance to witness a stunning sunset. Day 3: At 5:30 am, you’ll have the chance to experience the beauty of nature as it awakens with the song of birds and other creatures. After a delicious breakfast (8 am-11 am), you’ll explore the local streams by boat. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the local community and learn more about their culture and living along the Negro River.If you have chosen the 3day option, begin your journey back to Manaus after lunch.If you have chosen a longer tour, head out on a boat trip to the Anavilhanas Arquipelagos to explore the region, enjoy birdwatching, and look for monkeys and other animals. During the dry season from September to April, go on a hike in the area. Return to the lodge to spend the night. Day 4: Begin your day with breakfast at 7:00 A.M. After breakfast, hop in a small boat and explore the small channel (igarape) for wildlife. Return to the lodge for lunch. If you have chosen the 4-day option, begin your journey back to Manaus after lunch. If you have chosen the 5-day option, enjoy some free time at the lodge before heading out to camp overnight in the jungle. Spend the night in hammocks with mosquito nets and enjoy dinner cooked in the jungle over a campfire. Day 5:  Start your day with a delicious breakfast in the Amazon jungle! Afterward, we will embark on a guided hike to explore the unique flora and fauna of the region. Afterward, head back for a delicious lunch at the lodge. At 2:00 pm, we’ll begin our journey back to Manaus, arriving at 4:30 pm.
