Very well organised day. Beautiful weather which was a great help in ensuring we had a wonderful and memorable day. Gordon was an excellent driver and a charming, interesting and informative guide. We much preferred our journey around Doubtful Sound to that through Milford. This was quiet and relatively peaceful compared to the merry go round of cruise ships around the latter. The five minutes of quiet was very special indeed. How to improve? My only comment is the transfer to and from the boat. Going out there was much unseemly pushing and shoving as a large body of people attempted to get through a small doorway and rush to be first to find the seats of their choice. In addition, there and back, we had passengers (us included) boarding full buses. Why don’t the drivers count those who board to prevent such frustrations?

We were thinking it might be a bit pricy, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. It was an unbelievable experience. The crew was so efficient and nice, the food was amazing, the rooms were even better than some hotel ones. And the place… the place was majestic. It was an unforgettable experience and we couldn’t be more happy we did it

We loved our overnight cruise. The crew was welcoming and knowledgeable from the first boat to the bus to the cruise boat itself. Food was excellent (though breakfast was the weakest link) and the activities were fun.

++++The 2 boat crossings and especially the one across the Fjord; the bus is a necessary evil. Suggestion: minimize the time spent on the bus in favor of the time spent in the fjord.

Hilarious bus driver Ian ( his friends call him Flasg!) made my day complete. The Sound is stunning
