Fairly easy to trade voucher for ticket, first bus was on time. One major problem we encountered was when we attempted to board the bus in Marsaloxx. We arrived with several other people w15 minutes before the scheduled time of 1330. The bus did not actually arrive until 1430. There were approximately 20-30 people waiting in the very hot sun for a bus. Someone decided to call and find out what was going on, and they said it would be there in 10 minutes. The other major issue was that the A/C in the bottom deck was nonexistent in 28 degree weather.

Great way to see the island without having to pay for private transportation to different destinations. We did the blue/North route which took about 180 min, but make sure to ask for a map and a timetable when you check-in at the stand because the times and stops are slightly different than on the ad. Also I suggest doing some research in advance about which stops you would like to do, because time only permits approx. 1-2 stops in a day. But overall great flexibility on where you want to stop, interesting commentary about each stop, and a relaxing ride that gives you an overview of the island.

The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour is a great way to explore Malta for a good price. There are audiobooks available in a lot of languages, that will tell you interesting facts about the environment. It is cool to have an open roof. Normally I get a headache if I am in the car for too long, but now I did not.
