Full description
Depart from the Bugibba Jetty and begin your cruise along the northern coast of Malta. Pass by all of the sights including St. Pauls Islands and the statue of St. Pauls, and Ahrax Point.  Continue cruising through the north channel of Comino as you pass by the elephants head, Santa Maria Bay, St. Nicholas Bay, and the Comino hotel. Make quick stops to enter inside both Ahrax Cave and Santa Maria Cave. Throughout the journey, Kevin and his father, Captain Joe, will inform you about the sites and give you information regarding Malta. After approximately 1 hour, arrive on Comino island in the famous Blue Lagoon. The boat will moor up and you can enjoy a stop of 4.5 hours. During the time, feel free to use all the facilities on board the boat or get off and explore the island. Relax and sunbathe on the top deck or find some shade on the main deck. Borrow the snorkeling equipment and take a refreshing plunge into the cool, crystal clear water. Take advantage of male and female toilet facilities, lockers, and the cafeteria which serves hot and cold beverages.  At the end of your time in Comino, head off to the island of Gozo without stopping. Cruise around the Mgarr Harbour and see more important sites from the boat. Return to Malta via the south channel of Comino, passing by Crystal Lagoon and its caves and St. Mary's tower.

First of all, this boat leaves at 10, which is 30 to 60 minutes earlier than all others, which means you have the bay for yourself for a while.. The place this boat anchors at is simply amazing. You can walk over to toilets and the the expensive tourist trap "Lagoon" within 1 minute (or swim in 10), but why would you? There's sun chairs on deck, a slide and the possibility to jump into crystal clear water from the boat. The crew is always respectful and not trying to cross-sell anything. The food is good, toilets are clean, drinks are affordable. This cruise comes in two variants. A: Stays in the Lagoon for 4h (with a 10 minute absence to drop people off in the city) B: Stays in the Lagoon for 1.5h and drops you off on Gozo for 3h, then picks you up on the way "home". We were confused by that and booked the cruise that stays in the Lagoon. No regrets whatsoever. The water is perfect for snorkeling. Be sure to go on a Speed Boat ride with "Crazy Tony", absolutely worth it!

We were on the boat at 9:20 a.m. and were therefore the second guests. This enabled us to choose a nice place for ourselves on the upper deck. It started punctually at 10.30 a.m. On the way to Comino there were a few short stops at particularly beautiful caves. On Comino the ship was parked at a place where you could swim and snorkel. The other ships then all stood next to us. Only with our boat did you have a nice, free, large bathing area on the side. You could slide and jump into the water from the boat. At one o'clock the boat cast off for half an hour and brought most of the guests over to Gozo. We drove back to Comino and could swim there until 4 (but you could have waited for Comino). As I said at 4 a.m., we picked up the other guests in Gozo and then took the boat back to Malta, where we arrived again at around 5.30 p.m. Comino is definitely a must when you are in Malta.
