We absolutely loved the bus tour. The headphones worked and we could hear the audio perfectly. It was great weather and a wonderful day in Mallorca! We made the entire 90 min loop. We got off the bus to tour both the castle and cathedral. The only problem was the meeting spot. Due to the road construction it was very hard to find a meeting spot. We walked an hour to finally find one of the stops that would work for us to start the tour. Thanks! James and Carima Jobe

This was a great way to see a lot of the city. We didn't get off at many spots, just at Bellever Castle, but it was still worthwhile. The map that we got on the bus was a bit out of date, since some of the stops seem to have been skipped or closed. But the major city highlights were all covered. The audio tour was pretty good too, though not all of the audio Jack's were functional. We got the Essential Experience for the Castle entrance (be sure to redeem your voucher at the ticket office before going to the entry gate). There was a drink included at a nearby cafe (though they were out of soda), and a buy-2-get-1-free deal at a local Gelato shop. Overall, a good experience!

worth it alone to be able to get to Bellver castle. we ended up having to walk some distance to get the bus as our cruise ship was docked on a remote end of the terminal - perhaps there could be an additional stop? - but other than that all good, and we used the free drink token at cafe in central Palma
