There were multiple busses running in Palma, and that was great. There was very little waiting. The buses were comfortable and cool. The ear buds worked well. There was one bus that had a really loud AC or fan that was aggravating, so we moved to the top level under the shaded cover, and that was cooler than below. The main complaint is the amount of traffic, which was simply unavoidable. We would definitely take this tour again because of the convenience and variety. The recorded audio track was easy to understand and hear.
