Full description
Experience the spectacular caves of Cova des Coloms on a 5-hour caving adventure. The island of Mallorca is famous for its limestone caves and Cova des Coloms is the only sea cave system where you can swim inside. You’ll be picked up at your hotel and travel by mini-bus to the starting point of your adventure. All the necessary equipment will be provided, including protective helmets and a wetsuit. After a coastal walk of about 40 minutes, you'll swim out to the cave (a distance of about 300 meters). No prior experience in sea caving is required and you don't have to go under the water. These vertical cave systems are a great introduction to caving, and the conditions make this the perfect adventure for beginners and families.

Patrick was amazing!! He was full of energy and very enthusiastic. He is dull of spirit and keeps you entertained at early in the morning whilst picking you up from your hotel. He is also very informative and knows his job very well. One of my collegues doesn’t know how to swim and he assisted him with every step/swim of the journey. He was very patient with us. I recommend this activity if you are into adventures and book it with Patrick!!

Interesting experience !

Usually most caving tours are taking place in dry caves. This one was unusual and interesting because of the the water pools we swam in. Unfortunately because of the weather (choppy sea) we could not do the Cave where we enter from the sea. We had to do the one next to it. Our guide Connie was great! No one had any camera during the tour but when we were close to the end she offered to bring hers in which we thought was SUPER of her!! Pictures are a must so do bring a waterproof cam or a go pro! Wish the caves were a bit bigger with more water chambers!

Pick up from the hotel was in time. Guides have been very nice and took the time to help everybody. The sea was a bid ruff, so the entrance to the cave was a bid difficult...I would recommend a minimal physical shape for this much out of shape could be hard on ruff days. Also don't be afraid of narrow's just a small part in the beginning of the tour. The cave itself was beautiful...never seen something like it! This tour is an absolute must-do if you are in Mallorca. P.S.: I forgot my shoes in the car...they brought to the airport...thank you so much for this!
