Full description
Experience the spectacular caves of Cova des Coloms on a 5-hour caving adventure. The island of Mallorca is famous for its limestone caves and Cova des Coloms is the only sea cave system where you can swim inside. You’ll be picked up at your hotel and travel by mini-bus to the starting point of your adventure. All the necessary equipment will be provided, including protective helmets and a wetsuit. After a coastal walk of about 40 minutes, you'll swim out to the cave (a distance of about 300 meters). No prior experience in sea caving is required and you don't have to go under the water. These vertical cave systems are a great introduction to caving, and the conditions make this the perfect adventure for beginners and families.

That was a nice experience. Together with others we met in the parking lot and got the neoprene suits and equipment! You can take your (own) waterproof cell phone case and pack it under your wetsuit. Larger valuables should be left at home. We walked about 30 minutes to the bay. You should pay attention to the right shoes because the path is rocky, scratchy and the running speed is brisk. Unfortunately it was very wavy, so we had to change to a smaller cave. That was exciting too! Only this was much smaller than in the pictures shown. It's a shame because we would have liked to see the big cave! For €65 we were only a good 45 minutes inside. A little short. But nobody can do anything for the strong waves, and it was still a nice experience.

Absolute recommendation! The cave is so incredibly beautiful and exciting. The guide was super nice, patient and funny and gave a lot of exciting information. To get to the cave, you have to swim a little bit. Life jackets are worn, but you don't need to be a novice swimmer to progress. Tip: take diving goggles and GoPro with you. With the diving goggles you could easily dive the small piece into the cave (you are also simply pulled by the guide, so don't be afraid of it) and explore the lakes under water in the cave. I was also able to look for jellyfish with the diving goggles on the way to the cave. Watch something. The cave is not unusually crowded, but it's still worth keeping an eye out for. The most beautiful experience we have had in Mallorca!

Exceptional activity and great guide! We had a great time, I recommend! The only negative point is the transport, we chose this activity partly because we were picked up at the hotel to avoid having to rent a motorbike for the 2 hour drive, but we were informed the day before that the driver would not come... So we had to manage the rental in a hurry. Other than that, an unforgettable moment!
