There was a long line to get tickets at the cathedral so I went in and bought them online through GetYourGuide. A good advice : download the app when you have wifi to have easy access to the ticket. We walked right in as soon as I got the confirmation on email.

Brilliant getting tickets as avoided the queue. However once inside we realised you could buy tickets for the terraces for fantastic views over Palma. Luckily security let me jump the queue once inside and we bought terrace tickets for an additional 11 euros each and well worth it. You can walk around three sides of the cathedral at stained glass window level amazing views of port, city and beaches.

It was very easy to purchase tickets online right outside of the cathedral! It meant we could walk straight in without any hassle. The cathedral itself was an incredible example of church architecture. Very peaceful, very tranquil and very beautiful.
