Continue past the Roman theatre, and on to Plaza de la Merced, the birthplace of renowned cubist artist Pablo Picasso. Visit the museum dedicated to his history and life’s work.
Further on is the Church of Santiago (Saint James), a gothic church from the 15th century. Walk down the famous Larios Street, home to a major shopping area and food district, and enjoy a further view of La Alcazaba.
