Jorge and Alba were amazing. We walked the market with Jorge and he provided local insight and knowledge about the food and culture. The market was a gem and Jorge knew every vendor we stopped at. They offered us samples and were always happy to entertain questions. Once arriving at Alba’s kitchen, we felt like family. Alba walked us through every step of the process in great detail. The food was amazing. The best Paella I have ever had and WE made it!! This was a truly great experience and I would highly recommend it if you have the time. A++
