Meeting point
You will be picked up from the tourist bus stop on Calle Guillén Sotelo (29016), located in front of the Pedro Luis Alonso Gardens. Although there is no number 11 on Calle Guillén Sotelo, searching for “Calle Guillen Sotelo 11” on Google Maps will show the exact location of the tourist bus stop. We do not have a physical point as such at this pick-up point, but you can contact us by phone or write to us on WhatsApp at any time. The tuk-tuks are usually always punctual at the time of pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. If the tuk-tuk is not at the pickup point at the exact time of your reservation, do not hesitate to contact the local supplier, so they can tell you exactly what time it will arrive. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the telephone number you have indicated.
