Port Mahon: 1-Hour Harbor Cruise with Underwater Views

Start the tour by boarding the catamaran at the inner part of the port, just below the old city of Mahon. As you set off, see the Spanish Navel Base, coves and inlets, mussel beds, and beautiful summer houses on the Northern side of the port. During the journey, listen to historical commentary as you learn about the English-American Cemetery, the Quarantine Islands of Flat, Lazareto Island, and the Fortress of Isabel II (La Mola) at the mouth of the port. When you reach the sheltered and clear waters of Es Clot de la Mola, outside the port, the boat will slow down. Here, take the opportunity to go down into the underwater chambers and discover the marine life or enjoy a drink or ice cream on the sundeck. The excursion begins with a journey from Puerto de Alcudia to Ciutadella, aboard a fast ferry with services such as free Wi-Fi, a snack bar and a duty free shop. Once in Ciutadella you will travel to Monte Toro, the highest point in Menorca at 358 meters. From there you can see the entire contour of the island and, if the day is clear, you will see Mallorca. You have 30 minutes of free time. Our next destination is Fornells, a fishing village where the town and its people live around the port, one of the largest on the island. You will continue the tour to Maó, where you can see the capital and most cosmopolitan city on the island of Menorca, led by our guide with a guided tour of the old town. Good option to rest and enjoy a day of cultural visit to Mahon. We choose the time from 3 to 4 in the afternoon. On the boat you can eat and there is a bar service and ice cream sales.
Very good activity to discover the wonders of Mahon. The glass bottom of the boat is a nice way of discovery. I highly recommend this activity
