Mahón: Gin Distillery Tour with Tasting & Appetizers

Excellente visite à la distillerie! Nous avons fait la visite en anglais, la guide et tout le personnel sont vraiment géniaux. Je recommande fortement cette activité ! La dégustation est accompagnée d'un plateau de charcuterie, petits biscuits et fromages de l'île, c'était une belle surprise. Nous avons passer un très bon moment, merci beaucoup.

It was gairly short, but informative and presented in an interesting way. There was the option of pretty much unlimited tastings of a wide range of gins at the end. We didn't feel rushed at all, and not pressured in buying any of the gins (although we did buy 3 bottles and they're all really nice!)

This was one of the best “tasting tours” we have been on. The guide was knowledgeable and answered our many questions without hesitation. The tour itself lasted about 20 minutes with the tasting afterwards. The guide explained about all the different gins before we tasted them. We were a party of four and we could try all the different gins on offer (around 12 in total, maybe more), we could taste as much or as little of each gin as we wanted. There was water and nibbles of cheese, salami, biscuits and sweets to cleanse the palate between tastings. We can highly recommend this tour to anyone, even if you don’t like gin as it was very informative about the history of gin on the island. The gin sold in the factory shop is very reasonably priced too.
