What people are saying about Mahé

The boat tour was really a highlight! The whole crew on board the catamaran was in a good mood and always had a joke up their sleeves. On the catamaran with about 35 guests there were 6 crew members and a cook who were available to answer our questions around the clock and made the tour unforgettable. After a short tour with the catamaran, we got on a ship, which was partly underwater like a submarine and thus gave an excellent view of the reef. This was followed by an hour of snorkeling near Moyenne Island. This was followed by the musical guitar playing and singing with percussion elements by the crew. I noticed Francis particularly positively, who was always beaming with joy and encouraging. He even brought drinks to some elderly guests who were lying in the sun in the nets at the front end of the catamaran and really cared that everyone had a memorable trip. I can only recommend the tour!

Great trip, they provide some water and juices if needed, there was also homemade lunch which was great. They will give you snorkeling equipment but no fins. Guide was very nice and funny, they took us to feed some fish, then we got to swim near coral with lots of fish, after that we had an hour break on an island and then went for lunch and saw some tortoises. Overall, very nice day :) Don't forget sunscreen and water shoes would be good to take as well :)

Amazing day, my driver Henry was very nice and kind. He told me many interesting facts and also shared some of his experiences, which was very informative to learn how the locals live. Henry adjusted the whole trip to what I wanted to do, even went with me for a hike to the rock pool! (which is not as easy as I thought :) Overall, great experience, definitely worth to spend at least one day on this trip and discover Mahe island :)

A thorough view of the island and its beaches, places to eat and visit. Lots of photo opportunities.

If you don't know the island yet, you can get a good impression in one day.
