It was a great way to see lots of the city and hear about the history and current information. I really appreciated that our guide was flexible so where we didn't want to stop at one museum we just skipped it. I'm glad the weather was good as we had a clear view out and were able to be comfortable inside, I suspect it wouldn't have been as much fun if it was cold and rainy! Our guide had lots of local knowledge and was fun.

Embark on an electric tuk-tuk tour of Madrid and discover some of the main monuments of the city. Enjoy the perfect introduction to Madrid as your guide recommends places to visit during your stay.

Admire the exterior of some of Madrid's most iconic landmarks including the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral. Ride through the charming neighborhoods of Las Letras and Retiro and see the House of Cervantes and the Church of Los Jerónimos.

See the Palacio de las Cortes, the Puerta de Alcalá, and the facades of the museums of Paseo del Prado on this fun and exciting adventure through the city.

Meeting point

Pick-up and drop-off in the (underground) bus station of Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the "Puerta del Príncipe." Directly across from the "Puerta del Príncipe," you will find the stairs leading down to the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to guide you to the exact pick-up point. If you have mobility problems getting down the stairs to the pick-up point, please contact the local supplier by phone or message them on WhatsApp at any time, so they can help you access the meeting point by elevator. The tuk tuks are usually always punctual at the time of pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible via WhatsApp, iMessage or Mail.

  • For groups of more than 4 people, please book more than 1 Tuk Tuk
  • In case of delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route
  • The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
  • The tour itinerary may vary if there are street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
  • The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-arranged stops for photo opportunities. The 60-minute tour includes a stop at the Moorish Wall. The 120-minute tour includes a stop at the Moorish Wall and the Temple of Debod, while the 180- and 240-minute tours also stop at the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas and the Bernabeu Stadium.
  • The Tuk Tuks do not have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items.
  • This tour runs rain or shine
  • In winter, the Tuk Tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep you warm
