I really liked the combination of audio guide and real person who took us around. As I use a cane and stairs are difficult for me the elevator was a real help. I was supposed to visit another part of the palace for my cousin and me.The gentleman at ticket window said the tickets were a scam. I didn’t keep the 2 tickets but was disappointed. The tickets were bought on line and didn’t seem like a scam. My private guide probably waited for us inside,,, Patricia L Burns

The guided tour was excellent as the live explanations of the guide were 100% coordinated with the audioguide audios, which were extremely interesting....Such setting made impossible any interrumptions (questions, comments) from the guided group during the tour, making it more focused on the guide´s targeted objects or comments ....Questions from the group were brilliantly postponed to the end of the tour....A really great experience ! I wish all most relevant historic settings in Madrid and in Spain had a similarly patterned guided tour ....Congrats !

Precioso Palacio. Una maravilla de obras de arte. Fui con mi madre en silla de ruedas. Por dentro se puede acceder sin problema pero lo que no estaba bien era el acceso por el jardín de la silla. Como son caminos de piedras pequeñas, la silla se atascaba y no pude empujarla. Me tuvieron que ayudar los empleados encargados de la visita.
