Beth is a great combination of personality, humor and knowledge. Her sometimes irreverent insights gave us knowledge not always available to a visitor. Her artistic perceptions borne of her own life experience enhanced every chapter of our tour. We'll never forget the story she shared of how she and her new husband received the blessing of their marriage at La Torre de Oro (Plaza Mayor). She is a special person.
I booked using the app, which was simple. Then I got a call from the operator. They couldn't honor the time I had booked. The the tour we got was shorter and didn't cover everything listed on the app. Our guide was great and we still had fun, but there was a disconnect between what was in the app and what was actually available.
Hands down, Mateo (Matthew) put on the best tour adventure we went on during our 2 weeks in Europe! His knowledge of the area and passion for Madrid shines through. Th electric bikes were a blast and they made viewing Madrid a lot of fun. Great tour. Great guide, Great value.
Very well organised. The app was very helpful. Our guide was cheerful, funny, friendly and informative. The bus company needs to fix the microphone in the bus for him though. Apparently this has been an ongoing problem and frustrating for him.
Andar did a great job, compliments. I booked also a private tour, of 2 hours, on Sunday the 11th, city + other park. Again great experience, guide was Lisa and she did also an fantasticc job. Al comments are also valid for this tour
