Despite the fact that the weather was not too bad, we had a very nice cycling route with Kaspar from Bravobike in Madrid! Because it was raining, we also ended up having coffee somewhere with a delicious sandwich. The time was not taken into account at all, so in the end the tour took a lot longer than planned. Kaspar was a very relaxed nice guide, who had a lot to tell about this beautiful city. Brilliant Way to See The City

We did this Tour on our first morning in Madrid, after booking ahead using the GYG App. All the communications were great; including Alex being at the cycle shop ready to roll at the agreed time. The bikes and helmets were good and Alex was very helpful to make a few adjustments. The route we took was excellent - through all the main attractions and districts - avoiding main roads whenever possible. What made this tour for us was Alex. His English was immaculate and his knowledge of Madrid's history (and the wider world) extensive. He also paced the tour very well with plenty of stops and pics along the way. We were lucky to fluke having him to ourselves for this particular Tour. In summary, a memorable introduction to the City, which helped us get our bearings and a feel for Madrid. Alex was just great and chilled; he maintained our high expectation of the standard of tours offered by GYG.

A brilliant start to my stay

Our guide was fantastic (Alex) thoughtful, knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know a fact or date. Excellent service, friendly and reassuring. I was worried about a hill - Alex lent me his electric bike - I’m converted. A great start to my holiday, I got my bearings and saw lots in a short space of time. Easy booking and payment with clear instructions and directions.
